I create peaceful botanical watercolor paintings that invite busy lives to slow down. My paintings create a visual exhale. Every piece feels like an invitation to pause. I produce nature without wilderness, it is not dramatic landscapes or untamed forest, instead it is intimate natural. It provides a space to breathe. I love creating and the color variations and mixing and blending of colors to provide a calming and peaceful surrounding. I feel there is more happiness in giving than receiving, when I see the smile and joy that my paintings bring others it is a source of joy to me.
In my work, I hope you will find encouragement, a little whimsy, something pretty or at least something to make you think.
I do believe we need to be thankful and focus on the positive! I am passionate about art and believe that we are all creative in our own way. I love sharing the joy of art with others!
